Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) (1.) Applicants must submit academic records from each college and/or university attended that indicate the number of lecture and laboratory hours devoted to each course and all grades received. All transcripts and other credentials must be translated to English by an official translator. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take verified copies of the entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university. |

Three letters of recommendation from persons best able to assess academic and professional qualifications, including motivations, goals, and clinical potential (for Communication Disorders applicants). The preferred method of submission is directly through the application site. This is also the method that ensures the most efficient processing of your application. Electronic submissions coming directly from the applicant will not be accepted. The Office of Graduate Admission no longer accepts letters of recommendation submitted on paper. 1.) International students do not need to submit official transcripts to Emerson College. An official evaluation sent to Emerson College from the evaluating agency is the only requirement. ALL foreign transcripts must undergo a COURSE-BY-COURSE evaluation, GPA and degree evaluation from a credential evaluation service. A credential evaluation is required for all students who have not graduated from a U.S.-accredited college or university. You may use either of the following recommended credential evaluators: World Education Services /Educational Credential Evaluators Please contact one of the credential evaluating agencies listed by the Emerson college (bit.ly/1A2urov) to receive an “Application for Evaluation of Foreign Credentials” Requests for evaluation are usually honored within 20 working days of receipt of all required materials and fees. You must include instructions on the application to send a copy of the evaluation to the Office of Graduate Admission at Emerson College.
